Since 1920, our company is specialised in fasteners manufacturing such as bolts, screws, nuts, rivets based on the ISO, DIN, UNI, standards or on the consumer designs.
Production of fasteners meets the highest requirements regarding the standards of quality of the greate consumers, as follows: automotive industry, machine-tools industry, railway, building industry, mining, wood processing industry, metal construction a.s.o. . In the production process we use high quality carbon and alloyed steels, which are imposed by the mechanical characteristics required by standards or by the beneficiary.
The products are delivered in plane condition or plated with protective coating, respectively white and yellow zinc plating, carbonitrurization, thermal or chemical blackening, phosphating. For the production of fasteners the following technologies are generally used:
- processing technology by cold plastic deformation;
- processing technology by hot plastic deformation .
The manufacturing technologies for the fasteners are among the most modern ones, the products being processed on high precision and efficiency machine tools and equipments .
The production of fasteners is carried out by assuring the quality conditions at the level of international standards (ISO 9001/2000, TÜV Certification).
As regards our products with application in the railway field our company was recertificated by DUTSCHE BAHN AG for product qualification .
We export more than 50% of our production in Europe, especially in Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Holland. Most of our clients are distributors in their area.
