Set up "Dumitru Voinea" Metallurgical Enterprise Ltd., specialised in locomotives and waggons repairing and timber manufacturing.

Starting production of wood screws, pins, nails with equipment from Austria. In the same time were built the following workshops: turning, forging, foundry and heat forming.

Building up the weapon workshop and the cutting and threading workshops.

Ending the locomotives repairing activity and the weapon production. The main purpose became the production of screws,bolt,nuts and wire net. It were built up new production halls: the tooling workshop and the mechanical and electrical repairing.

Nationalization of the enterprise.The new name became UZINELE BREINER BÉLA.
